Today

Today we look back at all the ups and downs we been through as an athlete, and thank God for blessing us so much .although time management has been a struggle for me and my family we have still managed to live life take care of the things at home and focus on my training lately some of my biggest challenges have been keeping my Stump healthy to run and bike the necessary to be strong in my sport. My family has been one of my biggest support to get my miles logged in . Sorry it took so long in the end of the month for this…
Well here it goes….. this whole month has been soooo busy and when I say busy I mean busy!! This month month we had a scare for my wife’s health. She’s in constant pain from her neck down to her back. At this point we aren’t sure if it’s from carrying our twins, we played the waiting game for weeks… my wife found the interest into googling some info which put us more in the worried zone.. she was diagnosed with very low vitamin D levels and a high parathyroid. Along with her health issues we had our kids to keep us going.. with my wife working 9 plus hours in urgent care, me back working in the office it’s been so hectic. One of our twins had to wear a helmet for shaping issues with his skull, that’s a journey itself.. our oldest is looking into joining the national guard and we couldn’t be more proud of her for that. She will be offered amazing opportunities for growth and education. With all this going on in my life, I can’t help but thank the man above.. to allow me to still be here and have this busy, funny, silly amazing family that I have… yes my days are busy with everyone’s needs but when sitting and reflecting on my life, I can’t help but be so grateful.
