Another Day another grind triathlon in my mind.

Had a week off training to recover from my knee but was perfect timing got to spend time with my kids and reflect on sone of the things i need to work on not only as an athlete but as a father.

While they work on my running leg to get lighter im focusing on my body to help with my speed by maintaining a strict meal plan and staying discipline waiting on a qualification approval to be at national championship , but till then we stay busy and our eye on the goal.

Super excited as this month i will start to dp some swimming now that some pools are opening i can now work on my swim discipline its been over a year and i have plenty to catch up on.
