QUALIFIED FOR WINTER PARALYMPICS!!!!!

Supporters of Team PossAbilities, it’s official: after my effort in Europe I am in the list for 2022 Beijing Winter Paralympics!

I’m beyond excited and this still feels surreal. After dreaming about it for about 10 years, it’s finally happening.

PossAbilities is part of this dream also, they’ve been with me throughout all of this effort. They were the platform that allowed me to jump this far, so for all of you involved in some way, (you know who you are!) I salute you!

Busy schedule starting at the end of January, flying to Big White, Canada, where I’ll be racing Banked Slalom and Snowboard Cross. My coach Mancha (from Portugal) and I will be staying after the races, where he’ll be coaching me while I train on the courses. From there we’ll fly straight to Beijing, for more training and acclimatizing and then the winter games!

In total I’ll be away from home for about 45 days! God bless all of those that support me! My wife, my kids, my family, my parents, my sponsors, supporters —IT TAKES A VILLAGE!!!
