Routine at its finest

Today someone approached me in the street I said I see you running on the street all the time with your dog and I’ve seen you outside your house working on your home seems like you stay busy and he asked how do you do it to have the energy to still do the extras?

I looked back at him with a smile and said well I have 6 kids and a wife that’s 7 extra reason why I do what do and remind me that I still have energy to spare.

This year has been rough so far because inside that man’s question there’s some truth to the lack of energy I have but despite I still continue to grind and train hard so I can continue to leave a stamp where I’m stepping through . I will be closing a chapter in my life this year and writing this gets me a Lil emotional but when the time comes I will share that with you but for now I will continue to work hard and keep that spirit up.
