Back from Glasgow Super Worlds

Wow! Scotland Super Worlds were amazing! Such a beautiful country with amazing racing opportunities. I return with two 7th place finishes and a bronze medal! I feel blessed to have that opportunity and to return feeling like I had some of my best performances of my career. Wrapping up with the relay in downtown Glasgow was a blast to see live video of the race up on build boards throughout the city and a crowd there to cheer us on. My classification has become over 5% faster over the last 5 years and the journey to keep pace with that and outpace some of my competitors who have been on the podium at the Paralympic Games is a journey I continue to enjoy.

The journey ahead is just as exciting. I decided to delay my time off for 6 weeks as for multiple reasons I’m riding a wave of gains and have continued to set all time records even after returning home. The focus for the rest of September is to continue to build my engine. I’ve put together a few weeks of training stress scores that have been unmatched in the past and still feel very strong. Alongside that, I’m working on innovation for this key approaching season leading into the Paralympic Games. I’m blessed to have many experts come alongside me in this regard and am working on some exciting things to compliment a much stronger engine going into next year! Let’s goooooo!!!!!
