Introduction

Hello everyone. My name is Elouan Gardon, and I am a C5 para cyclist.

Only a few months back, I did not even know that Para-Cycling was a thing. This was until I was invited to a team USA para camp. I learned a lot and knew that I wanted to continue racing para. After doing well in the Texas road cycling open, I knew that the next step was to race in the World Cups to gather points and experience for Paris. Team possibilities allowed me to go to Italy to race in the 3rd World Cup, which was a fantastic learning experience. Without the team, the logistics would have been difficult, and it would have been quite stressful, but with the support of Cotie and the team, the trip went quite smoothly, and I learned a lot about racing in Europe. I feel very lucky to be able to race my bike and to have been able to join such an amazing organization, team PossAbilities!  I look forward to racing the Loma Linda TT and making the Paris team along with a long future in this sport!
