Building Momentum: A Promising Start to the Season

After an incredible experience at the Tucson Bicycle Classic, where I proudly secured a podium finish in the pro field, it’s time to shift gears and focus on the upcoming season. Arizona provided an amazing opportunity to test my preparation and equipment, and I’m thrilled with the progress I’ve made so far. The energy and momentum from Tucson have set the tone for what promises to be an exciting year ahead.

Next on the calendar is a time trial in Huntsville, which will serve as a perfect opportunity to fine-tune my performance and test both my legs and equipment. This event will help lay the groundwork for the challenges that follow, ensuring I’m fully prepared for the season’s intensity.

Targeting Success at the Redlands Cycling Classic

My first major goal of the year is the prestigious Redlands Cycling Classic. This event will be a critical benchmark to see how I measure up against some of the best riders in the country. I am excited about the variety of terrain and the five-day format. I am also looking forward to going for the Time trial on day one, which is a strong suit of mine.

Chasing Challenges at Levi’s Gran Fondo and Tour of the Gila

Following Redlands, I’ll head to Levi’s Gran Fondo, a thrilling 140-mile road race combining breathtaking scenery and intense competition. With significant prize money on the line and the highest level of competition I’ve faced so far, it’s bound to be an unforgettable experience.

The day after Levi’s, I’ll fly to New Mexico for the iconic Tour of the Gila. Known for its challenging terrain and high-altitude courses, this event promises to test both my endurance and tactical skills.

A events, World Cup nationals, and Unbound

I am excited to travel directly from a tour of the Gila to Belgium to compete with Team USA at the first World Cup. After competing, I will be heading to US Pro nationals to compete on the Para and U23 sides, aiming to take the National TT championship. Right after completing nationals, I will be traveling to Kansas to compete in Unbound Gravel, which will mark the last race of this block. I am looking forward to racing offroad, and it will be my first true gravel race.
