2025: It’s a wrap!
Greetings friends,
Today I was doing a recap on my mind of the past season.
It was definitely action packed and exciting, I traveled quite a bit and had some great results, and some not so much. That’s how it goes… most importantly, I still feel I’m improving and always gaining more confidence in myself and my snowboard riding.
I started with a 7th place at the Banked Slalom race in the Netherlands (November ’24); had a great 2nd place in Snowboard Cross in Finland, followed by a 7th in the Switzerland World Cup of Snowboard Cross (both in January ‘25). Then after, 4th at the World Cup in Colorado, straight to the World Championships in Big White, Canada, where due to some mistakes I finished 13th in both races. That was it, season finished in March 2025.
After a break in travels, in September ’25 I went to Chile for a few reasons: testing new equipment, Brazilian Nationals and South America Continental Cup. It was a great warm up for the upcoming season. Now we’re off to a slow start with snow, so I’ve focusing on training on land, with some visualization as well.
Lots of focus, as much training as possible and a lot of intention going on to this upcoming season!!
Wishing everyone reading spectacular holidays!
