Thanks to God, hard work, dedication, and more hard work I had a great Time Trial at Fiesta Island on September, 9 2018. Alfonso’s Summer Gains

Summer is definitely here 100 plus degree weather, took a little time off after Nationals but been back training hard for a couple weeks now in the gym and on the handcycle. Alfonso’s Piru 20k Time Trial
