Alfonso’s Summer Gains

Summer is definitely here 100 plus degree weather, took a little time off after Nationals but been back training hard for a couple weeks now in the gym and on the handcycle. Thanks to God feeling good and strong. 2018 CAMTRI American Cup of Triathlon / Sarasota, FL
