Group Bike Rides


We invite paracyclists and abled-bodied cyclists to join us for our integrated
Group Paracycle/Bike Rides* @ 9:00 a.m. on the 4th Sunday of the month.

(Parking Lot in Rear of Building)

Please arrive early. Ride starts at 9am! Light energy boosting snacks will be provided. We welcome able bodied cyclists to join us for support on this ride.

*All riders should bring their own helmet and be able to change your own flat tire with minimal assistance.

You are welcome to bring along a buddy to assist you along the ride. The ride will be approximately 20 to 25 miles long.

This is a recreational ride. You ride at your own pace. Typical pace ranges from 16 – 20 mph.

    I’ve never tried paracylcing before. I was an avid mountain and bmx rider prior to my accident last year. I don’t know how long I’d be able to ride and this looks like a long ride. What are my options? I really want to try this adaptive sport. I attended the mixer today and I recently became a member.
